Dermal Filler Re-Balancing/Touch Ups

Hello my beautiful people ! Here at Santa Fe Skin Vitality, this topic comes up regarding dermal fillers. There are times, not often though, that I see patients who come in from other medical spas or have existing patients who may be a little asymmetrical or more "plump" in one area after a filler treatment.  A patient will generally will notice this within 2-4 days after a procedure once swelling (if any) goes down. As well, please keep in kind there will always be natural asymmetries in our faces even after fillers etc. Our goal is to makes those less noticeable as much as possible. 

Keep in mind that after placing dermal fillers which can be done with a variety of products such as Juvederm,Restylane,Belotero etc. swelling in some cases occur which can shift filler. This might require a touch up of filler and or dissolving an area with an enzyme which turns Hyaluronic acid dermal filler to water. 

We at Santa Fe Skin Vitality anticipate the occasional adjustment and follow up with our patients a few days after the procedure. Some patients simply require additional syringes of filler for the desired effect. Yes, this means as additional fee for services.
